RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We stand behind our product 100%. If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, please email us at hello@dickenscandles.com within 15 business days of receipt and we will be happy to assist you.

We accept returns and exchanges for all products. Returns are accepted within 15 business days for a full refund or exchange and must be accompanied by the original receipt. We do not accept returns or exchanges on items that have been used or altered.  For any questions regarding returns, please contact us. The buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.

DAMAGED GOODS​

While we do our very best to make certain that your merchandise arrives safely, we have no control over the handling of your package once it leaves our workshop.  In the unfortunate event that some of your merchandise is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours at Hello@DickensCandles.com and include a picture of the damaged item(s).  Please do not discard the damaged items until speaking to us so that a claim can be filed with the shipping company.

SHIPPING POLICY

We’ve worked to determine the best, most efficient shipping methods based on different order sizes. Domestic orders typically ship USPS or UPS ground shipping. usually within two-four business days upon receipt of order. USPS & UPS arrives typically within 2-8 days of your order for orders shipping to the continental US. Please contact us for any special shipping requests. International shipping is available and is calculated upon checkout.

 

For Christmas delivery deadlines we follow the USPS retail ground shipping deadline; Orders must be placed two days prior to USPS ground shipping deadline. We offer expedited shipping after this deadline, but cannot guarantee delivery as the shipping provider is responsible for this. Once we hand off your package to the shipping provider the delivery is beyond our control.
